Greeting A Tremendous Tuesday!

Wow! Father, we joyfully proclaim that today will be a Tremendous Tuesday! We come before you presence with joy and thanksgiving and raise a LOUD shout to you with psalms and songs of worship. Show us the light of your countenance, O God, and meet with us this morning.

It is to you that we lift up our eyes, to you enthroned in the heavens. Just as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their masters, and the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, So our eyes look to you, the LORD our God, until you show us your mercy. We will personally bear witness that you LORD, are righteous; we will praise your Name, you ARE the LORD Most High!
Psalm 7:18

You LORD, the God of gods, have spoken; he have called the earth from the rising of the sun to its setting. Out of Zion, perfect in its beauty, you reveal yourself in glory. You, our God, will come and will not keep silent; before you there is a consuming flame, and round about you a raging storm. You call the heavens and the earth from above to witness the judgment of your people. “Gather before me my loyal followers, those who have made a covenant with me and sealed it with sacrifice.” Let the heavens declare the rightness of you cause; for you yourself is judge.

Keep us, Lord, as the apple of your eye and carry us under the shadow of your wings. As we pray,

“Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be your Name. May your kingdom come, and your will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil; for yours are the kingdom and the power and the glory forever and ever. Amen”

Almighty God, you have surrounded us with a great cloud of witnesses: Grant that we too may persevere in running the race that is set before us, until at last we may attain to our eternal joy; through Jesus Christ, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Lord God, almighty and everlasting Father, you have brought us safely to this new day: Preserve us with your mighty power, that we will not fall into sin, nor be overcome by adversity; and in everything we do, direct us to the fulfilling of your purpose; through Jesus Christ my Lord. Amen. ~Nickolas Hiemstra, who is rejoicing that he can spend another day in the presence of his loving and precious Lord and King!
